Founded in 2026, Southern Oregon Sauna is a family-owned and operated venture born from a simple belief: the most powerful recovery tools shouldn't be hard to find. As a local family, we know there is no better backdrop for wellness than the rugged beauty of Southern Oregon. We decided to bring the spa to the scenery, creating a mobile sanctuary that meets you exactly where you are.

A Full-Spectrum Experience

We aren’t just a mobile sauna; we are a portable wellness center. We designed our unit to offer a complete "Fire and Ice" circuit, giving you everything you need to reset your body and mind:

  • The Heat: Our custom-built, propane-heated steam sauna provides a consistent, deep warmth that clears the pores and relaxes the muscles without the wait-time or soot of traditional wood-fired units.

  • The Light: We’ve integrated Red Light Therapy into our sessions, allowing you to support cellular health and skin rejuvenation while you sweat.

  • The Ice: No sauna ritual is complete without the shock of the cold. Our optional Cold Plunge setup allows you to practice the art of thermal cycling—boosting your circulation and leaving you with an unmistakable "post-sauna glow."
